Stem Ginger Shortbread is handmade in small batches from an old Scottish recipe handed down from my father.

Stem Ginger Shortbread is made as a traditional butter shortbread with added ground ginger and stem ginger to give it that wonderful ginger taste

Each bag of Stem Ginger Shortbread has 8, 5cm rounds perfect for sharing (or not), and is incredibly moreish.
