Salted Caramel Shortbread

Salted Caramel Shortbread is handmade in small batches from an old Scottish recipe handed down from my father.

The Salted Caramel Shortbread is studded with salted caramel pieces to give you a gentle salty-sweet taste that melts in your mouth

Each bag of salted caramel shortbread has 8, 5cm rounds perfect for sharing (or not), and is incredibly moreish.
The beautiful Durdle Door painting by Local artist Lucy Tidbury is iconic of the Jurassic coastline.
