Lemon shortbread is handmade in small batches from an old Scottish recipe handed down from my father.
Lemon shortbread is made as a traditional butter shortbread with the zest of fresh lemons added
Each bag of Lemon shortbread has 8, 5cm rounds perfect for sharing (or not), and is incredibly moreish.
The beautiful Durdle Door painting by Local artist Lucy Tidbury is iconic of the Jurassic coastline.
This shortbread is not able to be posted through the letterbox.
Ingredients
WHEAT Flour (Wheat Flour Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin). Salted BUTTER , Sugar, cornflour. Lemon zest
