Blueberry shortbread VLG/Dairy free

I bring you Blueberry shortbread VLG/dairy-free . Very low gluten (it’s made in a kitchen that uses wheat), but it still has that buttery crisp, melt-in-your-mouth texture we expect from a good shortbread—without the wheat or butter.
Each bag of shortbread has 8, 5cm rounds perfect for sharing (or not), and is incredibly moreish.
The beautiful Durdle Door painting by Local artist Lucy Tidbury is iconic of the Jurassic coastline.
